Early intervention in the tri-state area, one connected team
Early intervention in the tri-state area should feel seamless, no matter which state you call home. Physical Therapy Tri-State Area Nexus Integrated Care brings one consistent standard of birth-to-3 support to families across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Therefore, you get the same caring, evidence-based services whether you’re in Brooklyn, Newark, or New Haven.
Our early intervention teams bring together speech, occupational, and physical therapists plus special instructors. First, a free developmental evaluation determines eligibility. Then, if your child qualifies, we build an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) around your child’s needs and your family’s daily routines.
Because every state runs its own program, we handle the details for you. Specifically, we connect you to the NYC or county Early Intervention Program, NJEIS, or CT Birth to Three, accept Medicaid in all three states, and provide services at no cost to eligible families. As a result, families spend less time navigating systems and more time watching their child grow.
