Nexus Integrated Care provides Pendency SEIT Services to support eligible children who require continued special education services while a due process proceeding, hearing, or appeal is pending.
Pendency, sometimes referred to as “stay-put,” may allow a child to remain in their current educational placement and continue receiving established services while a dispute is being resolved.
